  • Laboratory monitoring is done with direct reading spectrographic analysis, mechanical testing and metallography.
  • We also employ non-destructive testing, Digital X-ray system Radiographic examination, Zyglo crack detection and water submersion pressure testing.
  • Standard Operating Procedure. Used for training new employees.
  • Process Control Plans. Documents all critical characteristics and the control limits for all manufacturing operations.
  • Product Audit. Performed by members of quality control to supplement in-process inspection to insure each casting meets customers’ requirements.
